Could there be change in the Costa Rican administration of President Laura Chinchilla?

The Diario Extra reports that confidential sources are saying that Luis Liberman, the second-vice president, will assume the post of minister of the presidency, replacing Marco Vargas as soon as January.

The move, according to the sources, is to bring the government and business closer.
