Light train for Guatemala City could cost at least $733 million

A study of the urban light train for Guatemala City could cost $733 million at least. The study has yet to be fully revealed but the Spanish consultants have provided an early preview.

The train will traverse the capital from north to south in only 41 minutes. Investment would cost at the very least $733 million, which is almost sure to mean a public-private partnership.
