Manpower Group sees strong employment in Panama

Panama's employment rate is expected to rise above 15 percent for the third quarter this year, according to a survey by Manpower Group.

The strongest sectors for employment will be transport and communications, with more than 25 percent.

Projects such as the Panama Metro and the canal expansion have helped fuel optimism in the country's employers, Manpower Group Panama director Herlinda Mendieta said.
