Mega-brewer SABMiller faces turmoil in Honduras

SABMiller, the second largest brewery in the world, could lose a property in Honduras due to peasant farmers claiming the land as their own.

The National Institute of Agriculture has already authorized the expropriation of 3,600 hectares of the Azunosa sugar mill, property of the brewery.

Companies from Central America and the United States have expressed their plans to leave their Honduran operations due to the ongoing farmers' protests.
