Mexico employment rate back to pre-crisis levels

Mexico's employment rate increased 0.6 points to 61.3 percent in the fourth quarter 2013.

The figure is slightly higher than the rate prior to the global economic crisis of 2008.

During October-December 2013, there were some 47.4 million people in employment in the country.
