How good a deal AT&T (NYSE:T) will get if it sells satellite broadcaster DirecTV's Latin American pay-TV business for $10 billion depends in part on whether its assets in Mexico are included, says a BTIG analyst.
Spain-based Telefonica (NYSE:TEF), one on Latin America's biggest wireless phone companies along with America Movil (NYSE:AMX), could buy DirecTV's business in the region for about $10 billion, Reuters reported on Friday.
