Mexico’s Coca-Cola Femsa soon to complete purchase of Panama’s Industrias Lácteas

Mexico’s Coca-Cola Femsa, the world’s leading Coke bottler, said it will complete the acquisition of a Panamanian company in March.

The chief financial officer of the Mexican company, Héctor Treviño, said it hopes to conclude the deal with Grupo Industrias Lácteas.

The amount of the acquisition has not been revealed, but it launches Coca-Cola Femsa into the dairy industry.
