Mexico softens terms of Round One for oil companies

Mexico’s oil regulator on Tuesday modified terms for a September auction of oil fields after a poor outcome at last month’s tender of 14 offshore blocks.

The National Hydrocarbons Commission voted to incorporate changes for the Sept. 30 auction of five groups of offshore oil fields.
