Mexico's economy will grow 4 percent next year, according to a forecast by Mexican bank Banamex.
The country has the macroeconomic stability to withstand the effects of the current global economic crisis, said the firm's director, Javier Arrigunaga Gómez del Campo.
However, he admitted Mexico was hit by an unexpected slowdown in the U.S. manufacturing sector this year, which led to a weakening of its own productive sectors.
