Mining sector in Mexico stands strong

The mining sector in Mexico stands strong, even if metal prices have dropped recently, said public relations director for Goldcorp Mexico, Jorge F. Villaseñor Buchanan.

Villaseñor said that Mexico still has considerable amounts of important mining metals.

This increases the "appetite" for exploration and development of new projects, he added.
