Moody's criticizes Guatemala's fiscal reform

Moody’s last week established a Ba1 rating for Guatemala with a stable rating subject to revision, but weakness in fiscal and development indicators will have to be improved, the agency said.

Moody’s said that, so far, the results of the 2012 fiscal reform have been less than expected.
