Moody's hails Ficohsa purchase in Nicaragua

The purchase by Panama-based Grupo Financiero Ficohsa of Citigroup's Nicaraguan businesses is a positive move for the buyer, according to Moody's.

The planned acquisition will help Ficohsa diversify its Central American footprint and drive faster loan growth, the ratings agency said.
