Moody's upgrades Mexico's rating to 'A3'

Moody's upgraded Mexico's sovereign rating to 'A3' from 'Baa1'.

The main reason for the upgrade was the series of structural reforms approved by Congress last year.

The upgrade makes Mexico the second Latin American nation to receive an 'A' grade, after Chile.
