Morales must meet expectations

 

The election of Jimmy Morales as Guatemala’s new president was enthusiastically welcomed by the population. Today, his inauguration follows days of anxious waiting.

Morales has shown little indication of this future policies and nor has he named key heads of key ministries, such as economy and defense.
