Multinationals and informal miners have to live together, says Colombian official

Colombia is facing the challenges of informal mining and the uncertainty created by mining referendums.

But a key official says that all those involved in the industry "must understand that they have to live together. There must be space for both the big mining companies and the small artisanal miners," says Dora Elena Balvín.
