Nafta is no more, and with no Canada

What used to one known as Nafta is now the United States-Mexico Free Trade Agreement, Donald Trump has announced.

The name of Nafxta had too many negative connotations, the US president said. Trump has said frequently in the past that Nafta was the world's worst trade accord.

Canada has distanced itself from the talks for a renegotiation of the accord that was launched in 1994. However, it could possibly be readmitted.
