National Collection Office (NCO), the US-based call-center operator, enlarged its offices in Guatemala to accommodate 300 more agents to handle clients from US cellphone operator T-Mobile.
NCO is investing $12 million on the plan, which includes 1,000 more square meters of office space now and 450 meters more next year.
