New Chinese brand of cars claim to be the cheapest

China's Fulu brand of cars are to be imported for the first time in Costa Rica where they claim will be the cheapest in the country.
At first, two models will be on sale, each with four doors and space for four passengers.
The plan is to offer cars to people who are unable to afford cars at regular prices, the distributors say.
