New tax on corporations in Costa Rica stil needs clarification before implementation

Costa Rica's new tax on corporations still needs clarification before companies begin paying taxes in April.

The tax will be charged by the National Registry every January beginning in 2013, but this year companies will have to pay it in April.

According to a recent article in El Financiero a number of gray areas still exist, primarily the amount of money that will actually be raised, as well as the collection method.
