Next year's budget will define Costa Rica's fiscal reform

If Costa Rica's Finance ministry sends the Legislative Assembly before September a proposed budget for next year's budget similar to this year's, a majority of legislators are likely to back the new taxes that President Carlos Alvarado is seeking as part of the nation's fiscal reform.
