Nicaragua aims to join growth in medical tourism

Some500 representatives of 250 companies from 12 countries are to meet in Costa Rica for the Fourth International Congress of Medical Tourism.

Nicaragua aims to be present because authorities say it has the qualities that are needed to boost medical tourism.

As well as Nicaragua, the countries represented at the congress will include the United States, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Costa Rica and Argentina.
