Nicaragua celebrates international congress on gourmet cocoa

Next weekend, Nicaragua will hold an international congress on trade in gourmet cocoa.

Presentations will be made by experts from Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras and Israel. An accompanying trade fair will provide information on recent developments in technology.

Some three years ago, Nicaragua joined a list of nations whose cocoa was given gourmet status by the International Cocoa Organization.
