Nicaragua free trade zones seen boosting jobs

 

Companies operating in Nicaragua's free trade zones will create some 10,480 jobs this year, according to government forecasts.

If the figure is reached, the number of employees working in those zones will reach 120,480.

Nicaragua's free trade zone exports reached $2.9 billion from January to October last year, according to central bank data.
