Nicaragua is second cigar exporter to U.S.

Nicaragua has consolidated its position as the United States' second provider of cigars, after the Dominican Republic.

Of the 317 million cigars the U.S. imported last year, almost 119 million were made in Nicaragua, according to specialist magazine Cigar Aficionado.

Last year, Nicaragua's cigar exports grew 15.1 percent compared with 2012.
