Nicaragua, Mexico and Panama stand out in index

Nicaragua, Panama and Mexico stood out in this year's Prosperity Index by the UK's Legatum.

Mexico and Panama overtook Brazil in making improvements in per capita income, market size and employment status.

Nicaragua was among the countries to make the biggest leap in the index, also as a result of per capita income and exports.
