Nicaragua refinery blaze all but contained

Firefighters in Nicaragua have all but contained a blaze that broke out at a refinery on the country’s Pacific Ocean coast last week.
 

Downstream player Puma Energy said the fire erupted at the plant at Puerto Sandino on Wednesday afternoon, with two tanks on fire. There were no casualties, but the fire produced huge plumes of thick, black smoke.
