Nicaragua sees boost in free trade zone exports

Nicaraguan exports from free trade zones grew 6.4 percent in the first half of the year, compared to the same period last year.

The figure represents exports worth $995 million, and the country's central bank expects the number to reach $2.5 billion by the end of the year.

During the period, the best performing sectors were call centers, agro-industry and car parts.
