Nicaraguan agriculture needs laws, say farmers

The association agreement between Europe and Central America opens up new opportunities for Nicaragua's agriculture.
However, agricultural cooperatives fear a lack of financing and regulation would make them miss the opportunities.
"We are asking for an improvement in the laws, so we can have stronger institutions", said Sinforiano Cáceres, president of the country's agricultural federation.
