Nicaraguan ports handle lowest cargo in region

Nicaragua's ports handled 3,622 metric tons of goods, acceding to the Central American maritime transport committee, Cocatram.

The figure means Nicaragua is the Central American country with the lowest cargo handling last year.

The number also represents a 0.7 percent drop compared to 2012.
