Nicaraguan stockbrokers create fund for real-estate

The Nicaraguan stockbrokers' association, Asobolsa, is promoting a real-estate investment fund that aims to attract resources from national and international investors who are planning major construction projects.
The creation of such a fund comes within the current rules of the stock market, no no new regulations are needed, said Mauricio Padilla, president of Asobolsa.
Asobolsa has already established a company to administrate the funds provided by the investors.
