Number of internet users up 50 percent in five years in Panama

The number of internet users in Panama rose by almost 50 percent between 2012 and last year, according to ASEP, the public services authority.

An ASEP report showed that there were 300,000 internet users in the country in 2012. By last year the number had risen to 446,000.
