Odebrecht snaps up another Panama contract

Odebrecht is mired in construction scandals, for which its owner has been jailed for 19 years.

But the Brazilian construction giant, has been the leading contractor of public works in Panama, where now it is on the point of winning yet another multi-million dollar deal.
