Ortega invited for regional summit with Obama
Costa Rica invited Nicaraguan president, Daniel Ortega, to participate in the Central American summit to be held in May in San José. Barack Obama will be attending the summit.
Costa Rica’s foreign minister, Enrique Castillo, told Nicaraguan television that Costa Rica had invited Ortega through his ambassador to the Organization of American States.
Castillo added that Costa Rica’s executive branch has still to send formal invitations to Central American presidents.
