Ottón Solís could be thorn in side of new Costa Rican leader

Ottón Solís is a very independently minded Costa Rican politician, and he let's people know it.

The current ruling party deputy and future aide of president-elect Carlos Alvarado could, however, prove to be a thorn in the side of the nation's future leader.
