Panama aims to get $2.8 billion foreign investment

Panama received $2.8 billion in foreign direct investment during 2011, and expects to receive more this year.
The country has already secured $1 billion so far this year, said Panama's Industry and Commerce minister, Ricardo Quijano.
In 2012, we expect foreign direct investment to reach $3 billion, said Quijano.
