Panama and Cuba conclude partial accord talks

Panamá and Cuba took further steps in their talks towards expanding their partial agreement.

Panama's Trade Minister, Ricardo Quijano, said talks concluded in La Habana after meetings held from July 16 to 18.

Among the topics discussed were market access, rules of origin and intellectual property.
