Panama and Japan sign accord on Metro line 3

Panama and Japan signed the first of several agreements for the construction of line 3 of the Metro, which would go from Albrook to La Chorrera.

Deputy Foreign Minister Luis Miguel Hincapié signed a technical and financial cooperation agreement with his Japanese counterpart, Hitoshi Kikawada.
