Panama back in trouble over transparency

Despite Panama having stuck with its position on its willingness to advance toward automatic exchanges of financial information, the OECD has once again placed it on the jurisdictions that have failed to comply with the rules.
The decision is a slap on the face off President Juan Carlos Varela who has told the United Nations that Panama will offer transparency equal to that of the United States.
