Panama Canal faces a double dilemma of water supply

The main investment priority of the Panama Canal currently is ensuring water for the operation of the Canal itself and also for the population in general, said the administrator of the Canal, Ricaurte Vásquez.

He said that several possible options are being reviewed but the proposed budget would be some $1.5 billion, La Estrella reported in Spanish.
