Panama Canal plans billions of dollars in new business

The Panama Canal Authority plans a radical restructuring of its business interests that will lead too investments of at least $3 billion.
The major projects in the plan are a container port at Corozal, now well advaced but facing opposition; a ro-ro port: a 1,200 hectares logistics park, and a liquefied natural gas terminal.
