Panama excluded from list of tax havens

Oxfam, the confederation of 17 NGOs working in 90 countries, issued a list of the worst tax havens in the world.

The list, which did not include Panama, is led by Bermuda, followed by the Cayman islands, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Singapore.
