Panama expects rapid growth in tourism from China

Last year, Panama received a mere 22,000 tourists from China, but the plan for this year is to double that number, and for 2019, some 150,000 are expected, said President Juan Carlos Varela.

Air China's Panama-Beijing flight is due to be launched next week.
