Panama firms to lead hiring next year

 

Companies in Panama will be the leaders in Central America in hiring new staff in the first quarter next year, according to the most recent ranking by human resource consulting firm ManpowerGroup.

Twenty-one percent of companies in Panama that took part in the study plan to hire, while 75 percent said they would not make any changes.

The sectors that will create the most jobs are communications and transport, construction and commerce.
