Panama government to mull light train service

The government of Panama will study the feasibility of constructing a light rail system between La Chorrera and David.

The study was announced by President Juan Carlos Varela in conjunction with officials from Alstom Transport, the provider of the trains for the Panama Metro. He held the meeting while attending the climate summit in Paris.
