Panama president expected at Amador ierminal groundbreaking

Panama President Juan Carlos Varela is expected to be on hand at Wednesday's groundbreaking ceremony for the new Amador Cruise Terminal.

The $166 million facility is going up near the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal.
