Panama registers 12 percent more credit cards

Panama registered more than 778,000 active credit cards in November this year.

The figure is 12 percent higher than the same period last year, according to the Panama Credit Authority.

The country's credit portfolio reached $1.6 billion up to November, almost 17 percent more than in the same period last year.
