Panama’s Delta buys Total service stations in Costa Rica

Panama-based Petróleos Delta has purchased the Costa Rican gasoline stations of the French company Total. According to information disclosed by Delta on Thursday  March 30 the  acquisition involves 19 service stations.

The price paid by the Panama company Delta was not specified.

Delta is a Panamanian company created in 1983 with the acquisition of Gulf.
