Panama's economy grows 7.2 percent

Panama's economy grew 7.2 percent from January to August this year, compared with the same period a year before.

The sectors which most contributed to the growth were mining, fishing, construction, transport and tourism, according to government data.

Agriculture also helped boost growth, particularly fruit exports such as banana.
