Panama’s public-sector debt grew by $1.12 billion under Martinelli administration

During the first 21 months of the administration of President Ricardo Martinelli, Panama’s public debt rose by $1.12 billion.
At the end of March the debt stood at $11.92 billion.
Official statistics on the debt do not include all financial obligations, economists have warned.
