Panama strengthens ties with Thailand

Panama and Thailand on Monday signed a deal aimed at strengthening the countries' friendship and cooperation in areas including commercial relations.

Panamanian Deputy Foreign Minister Luis Miguel Hincapie, and Thailand's Head of Department of American and South Pacific Affairs Songsak Saicheua signed the memorandum of understanding. It will cover a range of mutual interests such as political, economic, commercial, financial and industrial.
